Shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 to 8 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. You will be notified by email as soon as your package is dispatched, and you will receive your order tracking number to keep you informed of the progress of your order. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you combine all your items in a single order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each of them. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Returns possible within 30 days (exchange or refund)
You've received your items but the size or cut doesn't suit you? Don't worry, you have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel to request an exchange or refund.
Returns procedure
Returns are offered via the Relais de La Poste or La Poste services in the event of an exchange (in Metropolitan France only). If the Customer does not wish to use the Relais de La Poste or La Poste services, they must return the Product(s) at their own expense, except in the event that they have received a product with a manufacturing defect or that does not correspond to the Customer's initial order. In the event of a return, the Customer must contact Customer Services at contact@friendlyfrenchy.frpour to obtain a prepaid returns voucher (Metropolitan France only). The return or exchange is at your own risk. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied by the returns slip. If the Customer fails to comply with these conditions, in particular the conditions of return or exchange, Friendly Frenchy will not be able to exchange or refund the Products concerned. In the event of a request for reimbursement, please send us your bank details and the reference number of your order. The outward and return postage costs will be deducted from the amount of the goods to be reimbursed.
How long does it take?
As soon as your item has been exchanged or refunded, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. In the case of an exchange, this will be processed as quickly as possible, subject to product availability, within twenty (20) days of receipt of your items. If the items are not available, we will contact you to inform you. In the event of a request for a refund, this will be made within twenty (20) days of receipt of your items and automatically to the account associated with the bank card used for payment.
